The Development of Creative self-directed learning skill about religious culture in Social studies taught by Creative self-directed learning of twelve grade students in Amnatcharoen School

Abstract
The purposes of this experiment research with one group pretest – posttest design were: 1) to development of creative self-directed learning skill of twelve grade students after being taught by creative self-directed learning and 2) to study the students’ opinions towards the instruction with creative self-directed learning. The target group consisted of 35 twelve grade students of Amnatcharoen School in academic year 2022. The research instruments used for gathering data were instructional plans of creative self-directed learning, evaluation from of creative self-directed learning skill and questionnaire toward creative self-directed learning. The statistical analysis employed were percentage (%), mean (X̅), standard deviation (S.D.) and t-test dependent. The findings: 1) The students’ creative self-directed learning skill before and after being taught by creative self-directed learning was statistically significant different at the .05 level, and the development of ability was high to high-grade level. 2) The students’ opinions towards the instruction with creative self-directed learning were at a high level on the aspect of learning environments, learning usefulness and learning activities respectively.
