The relationship between the transformational leadership of school administrators and teachers' competency in the 21st century under the Lopburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 1

Abstract

This research aimed to: (1) to study the transformational leadership of educational institution administrators; Under the Lopburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 (2) Study the competency of teachers in the 21st century Under the Lopburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 and (3) Study the relationship between the transformational leadership of school administrators and teachers' competency in the 21st century under the Lopburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 1. The sample group in this research consisted of 308 people, consisting of 123 administrators and 185 teachers. The tools used were Research is a questionnaire. Data were analyzed by frequency distribution, percentage, mean, standard deviation and correlation coefficient analysis. The findings indicated that: 1) transformational leadership of educational institution administrators Under the Lopburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 1, the overall picture is at a high level. 2) Teacher competency in the 21st century, under the Lopburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 1, in the overall aspect is at a high level, and 3) ) Results of the analysis of the relationship between transformational leadership of school administrators with the competency of teachers in the 21st century under the Lopburi Primary Educational Service Area Office, Area 1. Overall, it was found that overall there was a positive relationship with statistical significance at the .05 level.
