Strategic Leadership of International School Administrators under the Seventh-day Adventist Church of Thailand Foundation.

Abstract
This research aims to 1) Study the strategic leadership of international school administrators under the Seventh-day Adventist Church of Thailand Foundation and 2) compare the strategic leadership of international school administrators under the foundation of the Seventh-day Adventist Church of Thailand, classified according to Educational qualifications and work experience. The sample group in this research was 26 educational institution administrators and 243 teachers using stratified sampling and simple random By means of drawing lots. The research instrument was a questionnaire. Content validity had a consistency index between 0.80 - 1.00. Confidence coefficient alpha was 0.93. Data were analyzed using frequency distribution, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, and one-way analysis of variance. The research results found that: 1) Strategic leadership of international school administrators Under the Foundation of the Seventh-day Adventist Church of Thailand Overall and each aspect is at the highest level, ordered from highest to lowest as follows: 1) Expectations and creating opportunities for the future 2) Revolutionary thinking 3) Vision setting 4) Ideas and ideas High level of understanding and 5) the aspect of using various factors to formulate strategies and 2) the results of comparing the strategic leadership of international school administrators Under the Foundation of the Seventh-day Adventist Church of Thailand classified by educational background, overall, it was found to be significantly different at the .05 level. When classified by work experience, overall, there was no significant difference.
