The Development Music path to the International : URU Band, Uttaradit Rajabhat University.

Abstract

This article is intended to present the development of the URU Band at Uttaradit Rajabhat University to national and international stages. This is a guideline for the development and creation of the URU Band at Uttaradit Rajabhat University to national and international stages. This time is the starting point of many things simultaneously. There is a process of planning the operation, selecting students to join the URU Band, selecting songs, practicing and adjusting the band, leading to the performance at the "International Music Festival" on July 29-31, 2022 at the Phrai Phayom Auditorium, Ubon Ratchathani Rajabhat University. More than showing the musical skills and uniqueness of the URU Band at Uttaradit Rajabhat University on the national and international stage, it is about building relationships with music brothers and sisters from various universities who participated in the performance, exchanging knowledge in music and experiences, allowing students and the curriculum of Uttaradit Rajabhat University to develop everything simultaneously. Students have the 3rd core competency, can integrate music learning management with the community and have developed musical skills. There are secondary competencies 3, have musical skills at the development level, and there are secondary competencies 4, can control the band in each category, which comes from performing music in this one time, can improve and develop to the next level continuously from generation to generation. I would like to thank the university for supporting everything to give opportunities to students this time. Developing a band to the national and international level will have elements of creation and processes from the basics to the international level, including planning operations, the form of the band to be performed, selecting students to join the URU Band, selecting songs, and the process of practicing and adjusting the band.
