Study on Satisfaction with a Short-Term Vocational Skill Training Program on Desserts and Beverages for students of Patumrachwongsa school.

Abstract
This research aimed to (1) examine the satisfaction of students at Patumrachwongsa School towards a short-term vocational skill training program on desserts and beverages and (2) compare students’ satisfaction with the training program based on personal factors, including gender, age, grade level, and academic program. The sample consisted of 80 secondary school students , grades 3-6 , from Patumrachwongsa School, Amnat Charoen Province, in the academic year 2024, selected through simple random sampling. The research instrument was a satisfaction questionnaire regarding the training program, with a reliability coefficient of r = 0.953. Data were analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics, including percentage, mean, standard deviation, one-way ANOVA, and t-test. The results revealed that overall satisfaction with the training program was at the highest level (( =4.69, S.D.=0.151). When considering each aspect, the highest satisfaction was found in the training process (( =4.81, S.D.=0.219), followed by the trainers (( =4.72, S.D.=0.263), venue and facilities (( =4.69, S.D.=0.281), training content (( =4.65, S.D.=0.285), and public relations (( =4.59, S.D.=0.322), respectively. The analysis of data to compare satisfaction with the training program found that the level of satisfaction with the training significantly differed statistically when classified by age group (p<0.05) and the educational level of the trainees (p<0.001).
