The Role of Community Leaders and Life-Quality Development in Sukrudee Community, Ta-Raeng Sub-District, Bangkhen District, Bangkok

Abstract

This research article There are 3 main objectives: 1) to study the level of quality of life of the people in the Sukrudee community; 2) to study the role of community leaders on the development of the quality of life of the people in the Sukruedee community; 3) to study the problems and obstacles in the quality of life development. Of people in the Sukruedee community, Tha Raeng sub-district, Bang Khen District, Bangkok. Using a blended research methodology using quantitative research. which is survey research a sample population of 150 people using a package. And qualitative research using structured interviews and structured interviews correlated to performing duties with 7 key informants, members of the Sukruedee Community. Analyze it using content analysis techniques.

The findings of the study revealed that the community’s participation in conservation the Kai styled textiles in Mae Loi Rai Community, Sri Don Chai Sub-district, Theong District, Chiangrai Province was resulted from their values and identity of Kai styled textiles, as well as their cooperation. In addition to the two major groups’ guidelines and regulations on how to conservation Kai styled textiles, depend on policies and financial budgets related to the facilities of Kai styled textiles with their community’s conservation should be all supported in terms of their leader group; moreover, the community cooperation in Kai styled costume-dressing at different festival activities, as well as their trainings on how to learn and inherit local wisdoms on textile-weaving was mostly found in terms of the villagers. In order to be a local indigenous center for their community’s sustainable conservation, therefore, the establishment of textile-weaving group, community’s textile museum, should be both promoted, and conservative sustainability outcome finally.
