Model of Life Security Creation of Post Employed Workers in The Automotive Industry

Abstract

This research article the objective of this study was to study patterns for building the security of life after the layoff of workers in the automotive sector that are suitable for Thai society. Using qualitative research. qualitative data was collected in the field by in-depth interview and focus group discussion. Data were collected using open-ended interviews. And a group chat Collected qualitative data in the field by in-depth interview. The samples were obtained from a specific selection of 3 demographic groups. namely government personnel concerned. private academics and retirees. a total of 25 samples from 18 agencies involved in the automotive industry in Thailand found. The results of the research were as follows:

This study showed 4 models of the stability of the life after the termination of labor in Thai automotive industry sector. as follow: 1) Financial collateral model. the finance process in the industry. such as Provident Fund. to promote and increase the limit of savings. 2) The welfare state model. with an emphasis on the elderly who are aged and 3) Adjust the behavior of labor on financial planning. expenditure and savings for the future. to set goals in life. create a balance with own family and engage in social activities as appropriate. and 4) the collateral model in professional functions such as developing their skills to utilize value benefits and create appropriate tasks.
