This Research Article the Objectives Were 1) To Study the Leadership Towards the Organizational Management Process in The Provincial Electricity Authority And 2) To Study the Problems of The Provincial Electricity Authority State Enterprise Labor Unions. With Research Methodology Qualitative Research Using In-Depth Interview 1) 3 Executives of The Provincial Electricity Authority Labor Union 2) 24 Members of The Union From 12 Branches Nationwide. The Results Showed That.
- leader and executive committee must be aware of transformational and leadership to study must learn all the time adapt by disruption context.
- Problems of the Provincial Electricity Authority State Enterprise Workers Union caused by the unfair management of the committee. Recommendations should improve the unfair management process. and the rule of law should be applied in the management to make it transparency, fair and clear.
