Provincial Administration Mechanisms with The Role of Driving Thai Niyom Yangyuen Policy, Case Study at Bang Pahan District, Ayutthaya Province

Abstract

This study is a part of independence study. The objective of this study focuses on roles, opinions, problems, and obstacles in managing the drive of Thai Niyom Yangyuen policy in Bang Pahan district, Phra Nakhon Sri Ayutthaya province. To operate a qualitative method by documentary research, it has to be aimed at academic researching, in-depth interviewing, and purposive sampling which includes the district committee of drive of Thai Niyom Yangyuen policy and 20 representatives of drive of Thai Niyom Yangyuen policy team under the sub-district in Bang Pahan district. According to the study, it appears three articles.

1. The district committee of the drive of Thai Niyom Yangyuen policy and representative of drive of Thai Niyom Yangyuen policy team under the sub-district in Bang Pahan district is a provincial administration mechanism that plays a significant role and follow by constituents and duties provided.
2. The drive of Thai Niyom Yangyuen policy in Bang Pahan district, Ayutthaya province has been succeeded
3. The implementation of the drive of Thai Niyom Yangyuen policy in Bang Pahan district, Ayutthaya province has been succeeded in Bang Pa-in District, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya province occur some problems, such as the target group who participated in the community forum, characteristics of leaders, community leaders, operational processes, and the continuity of the project implementation
