THE RESULTS OF THE PROMOTION OF WOOD VINEGAR IN BAAN NERN SAPAN BUE, KROK PHRA DISTRICT, NAKHON SAWAN PROVINCE

Abstract

The purpose of this were to present the results of wood vinegar career promotion in Noen Saphan Bua Community, Krok Phra Sub-district, Krok Phra District, Nakhon Sawan Province By knowledge training Integration to create a new career Charcoal burning for wood vinegar. The subjects were 3 groups of villagers in Nern Sapan Bua community that have been specifically selected 1) Groups that use wood vinegar for farming 2) Groups that burn charcoal by occupation 3) Groups that grow vegetable gardens for eating in the household ,totaling 10 people. Tools used in the study were 1) the inquiry form. 2) Interview guidelines 3) Survey Guidelines. Collecting research data concerning the Nern Sapan Bua community by oneself.

The study result found that The results of the promotion of wood vinegar in Baan Nern Sapan Bua, Krok Phra District, Nakhon Sawan Province was supporting the villagers in the community to have good health. There are foods that are free from chemicals. Helps reduce costs and increase revenue from product sales. By applying the philosophy of sufficiency economy and self-sufficiency. Bringing local wisdom applied to modern technology to make a wood vinegar distiller. And using local resources to produce wood vinegar to improve the quality of wood vinegar.
