Abstract

Education on Educational Management Strategies to Solve Problems inequality and poverty this timeThe objectives are as follows: 1) to study the problem of inequality and poverty in Thailand; 2) to study the problem of inequality in education and poverty. and the impacts due to inequality in education and poverty in Thailand and 4) to propose strategies and alternative approaches to education management that are consistent with the solution of educational inequality and poverty in Thailand. using a retrospective study model (retrospective study) approaches to solving problems in the past analyze the consequences of solving problems and to synthesize educational management options to address inequality and poverty in the future This research uses documentary research using the educational process. Review concepts, theories and related literature from documents, books, research papers, and government policies. by contextual analysis and descriptive conclusions.

          The results of the study found that 1) educational management still focused on the content from the curriculum. The subjects and teaching roles of teachers/instructors are central. Not focusing on student-centered education 2) The model of educational management was not related to the local natural environment and occupation of the majority of people in the country 3) The 10 poorest provinces were neglected and lacked attention from the region. 4) Thailand has the 3rd highest inequality number in the world. 5) No way to see how the country can overcome poverty. 6) Educational inequality damages the economy. 7) Many governments have tried to solve the problem of inequality in education but have not achieved any concrete results.
