A MODEL OF MONASTERY MANAGEMENT FOR THE DRUG ADDICTS REHABILITATION CENTER IN UDON THANI PROVINCE

Abstract

This dissertation had three objectives which were, 1) to study the state of the monastery management of the Drug Addict Rehabilitation Center in Udon Thani, 2) to analyze the monastery management as the Drug Addict Rehabilitation Center of Wat Si Song Tham in Udon Thani, 3) to present the management approach of the monastery as the Center of Drug Addict Rehabilitation in Udon Thani. The study was a qualitative research. The data were collected from in-depth interviews of 25 key informants.The results of the research showed as followings

1. The condition of the temple as a drug addiction rehabilitation center in Udon Thani province The temple must have a suitable building. enough and comfortable In doing activities, rehabilitation, with facilities and materials. Let the temple be a place of pampering for those who undergo rehabilitation.
2. Principles and methods of drug addiction rehabilitation of the temple There are 4 aspects of management, namely policy, management system. Organizational practice and approaches to problem solving The important thing is policy management. There must be clarity in management. continuity There is a system for creating participation.

3. Measure management model as a drug addiction rehabilitation center The practical organization aspect is that the temple must have a structural system management. The organization and management are clear, there is a relationship, there is a work plan, there is a management system in terms of personnel, there is a work plan, there is a management system in terms of personnel working and rehabilitation. Mind and follow-up assessment ready to build a practical network between families, communities and localities
