GUIDELINES FOR SUCCESS PROMOTING OF FARM’S MUEN BUDDHA METTAKHUNARAM TEMPLE

Abstract

This Article aimed to study the guidelines for promoting the success promoting of farm’s Muen Buddha Mettakhunaram Temple. The research model is qualitative research. The sample group consisted of administrators and 10 monks at Muen Buddha Mettakhunaram Temple by purposive sampling. The research instrument were in-depth interview. Analyze with content analysis. The results showed that guidelines for promoting success of farm’s Muen Buddha Mettakhunaram Temple by managing sustainable agricultural plantations according to the royal initiative for the self-reliance of farmers in both professional development. Agricultural promotion so that farmers can live in a stable and unified way by focusing on             self-reliance and self-help as the main priority build strength for the community by building the core infrastructure necessary for production, which will be the foundation for long-term self-sufficiency. Promoting or enhancing knowledge in various fields for monks and novices of Muen Buddha Mettakhunaram Temple. Creating a network of farmer members between temples, communities and agricultural academics. To solve problems and create cooperation in various fields, transfer knowledge and local wisdom and increase the efficiency of agricultural extension management. The findings from this research Muen Buddha Mettakhunaram Temple led to the formulation of a strategic plan for sustainable agricultural plantation operations. and agricultural departments It can be used as a guideline to drive the success of sustainable agricultural plantations. and set guidelines for participation from the community
