Abstract

This study aims to provide public communication guidelines for social workers. To provide social workers with guidelines for working with the public. The study found that Practice setting guidelines for social workers in public communication, including digital literacy, digital technology literacy and social work. There are guidelines for social workers to communicate effectively and ethically with clients and multidisciplinary teams. Thailand Council of Social Work Professions has presented guidelines for public communication for social work professionals. Data collection and case studies from the working group of the Council of Social Work Professions. Social workers should be aware of social media's potential benefits and challenges in their work and for service users. Online professionalism e-Professionalism for social workers as it allows them to explore the specific ethical considerations that arise in the digital world. Moreover, digital technology and social media use are effectively responsible and ethical.
