A MODEL OF GOOD FOLLOWERSHIP REINFORCEMENT ACCORDING TO BUDDHADHAMMA FOR TEACHERS UNDER OFFICE OF PRIMARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA

Abstract

The objectives of this research are: 1) to study the community data of Phu Khao Thong Sub-district, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya District, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province; 2) to study the process of community data management for spatial development of Phu Khao Thong Sub-district, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya District, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province; and 3) to propose guidelines for the development of community data management for the spatial development of Phu Khao Thong Sub-district, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya District, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province. The qualitative research was conducted in this research by conducting documentary analysis and in-depth interviews. The collected data were analyzed by content analysis technique.

The results of the research found that:

1. 1. collected and stored Community data of Phu Khao Thong Subdistrict Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya District Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province were data on basic community necessities (JorPor.Por.) and other data such as health, well-being, education, income, and access to government services. Thess community data were important for analysis in order to formulate plans and policies leading to community development and solving community problems in a sustainable way. The collection of such data requires planning and setting the right information requirements. Therefore, it can be analyzed for real benefits. The community data set received It must be stored in different formats that the relevant persons or the general public can easily access the information.

Community data management process for spatial development of Phu Khao Thong Sub-district Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya District Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province indicated that there are three main steps, namely, 1) major data management by defining the information needed to be surveyed which is a collection of basic information in various fields such as status, education level, income data, occupation, as well as creation of questions that can express opinions to the samples who want to survey and choose to express their opinions according to the given options. 2) Performance data management, It was divided into 2 steps: 1) activities as tools for collecting community information for the development of that area. The tools are used in different ways dependent on the required information such as questionnaires, interviews, and observations, etc. 2.2) Community information after the operation by using the data obtained for statistical analysis and summarize the data into different categories; and 3) the preparation of reports, when the community data obtained through data analysis activities and summed up, therefore, it compiles and produces reports that can be accessed easily and conveniently.
