The Buddhist Economics Administration Method Affecting Sustainable Success of Business Organizations

Abstract

The objectives of this research were 1) to study the levels of sustainable success of business organizations using Buddhist economics, and sustainable success of business organizations, 2) to study the influences of business administration using Buddhist economic principles on sustainable success of business organizations. This research employed a mixed research methodology combining quantitative and qualitative methods. In the quantitative research part, the research sample consisted of 210 samples from entrepreneurs, executives and employees in business organizations, and in-depth interviews were conducted with 20 key informants. semi-structured interviews were used as research tools, and analyzed by multiple regression analysis. The research results revealed that 1) sustainable success of business organizations using Buddhist economics, and sustainable success of business organizations were at a high level. 2) Sustainable success of business organizations depends on Iddhipada 4 and Sangkhahavatthu 4. When analyzing each aspect, it was found that Chantha and Vimangsa in Iddhipada 4 and Piyavaca in Sangahavathu 4 had an influence on the sustainable success of business organizations.
