SOCIAL JUSTICE STRATEGIC PLANNING BY THE GOVERNMENT AGENCY

Abstract

These main objectives of this research are: i) to study social justice strategies by the government agency, ii) to study the process of social justice strategic planning by the government agency, and iii) Analyze strategies and results of social justice promotion by the government agency. The qualitative research methodology was carried out in this study. Data were collected by interviewing the 28 key informants through depth interview and focus group discussion. Descriptive analysis and descriptive presentation were employed for data analysis. 

The research results were concluded as follows: 1. The social justice strategies by the government agency indicated that the ensure the fundamental rights and liberties of the people, protect of human dignity, reduce the inequality gap, increase equality in society as stipulated in constitutional law. The project-based plans and social justice promotion activities by the government agency is to reduce inequality and create fairness in all dimensions. 2. The process of social justice strategic planning by government agency revealed that strategic planning for social justice promotion of government agency and strategic planning for community organization development institutions are developed under the 20-year national strategy, 3. Analyze strategies and results of social justice promotion by the government agency exposed that national strategies and public policies for the administration of state affairs will go in the same direction, have clear goals, see the same picture, reduce redundancy in the work of each agency, provide the public with access to the justice process, make people equal adhere to the national strategy on creating opportunities and social equality, strive to develop the country for the benefit of society with virtue and professional academic principles, good governance, sufficiency economy concept, the principles of the SDGs, and collaboration with various sectors on the basis of curing suffering and improving happiness for the people.
