Current conditions and problems in the coconut processing industry for consumption among small and medium enterprises in Thailand

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to study the current situation and problems in the coconut processing industry for group consumption. Small and medium enterprises in Thailand This research is qualitative research. Use document analysis and in-depth interviews. From 20 people directly involved who were key informants, were selected by purposive random sampling. Using a triangular review process, data were analyzed by interpretation, inductive conclusion formation, content analysis obtained from documents and interviews. It considers the context and uses descriptive text writing. The results showed that Current conditions and problems in the coconut industry for consumption among small and medium enterprises in Thailand. In the overview of small and medium enterprises in Thailand There are personnel with knowledge, experience, and expertise in specific fields. to be able to develop the coconut processing industry for consumption to be more efficient but it still loses assets in expanding business and importing technology to increase processing efficiency.
