DEVELOPMENT OF TOURISM POTENTIAL GUIDELINES FOR CIVILIZATION OF ANCIENT SITES OF SI THEP SI THEP DISTRICT PHETCHABUN PROVINCE

Abstract

This research article is part of the research Development of tourism potential guidelines for civilization of ancient sites of Sithep Si Thep District Phetchabun Province. The objective were: 1) To study the tourism potential of Sithep Ancient Civilization 2) To create guidelines for developing the tourism potential of Sithep Ancient Site civilization. It was a mix-method research using documentary research, questioner, in-depth interview, and focus group. Samples: Sithep Historical Site Officer Provincial cultural officers, community leaders, village chiefs, and those working in connection with the community. Select a specific type of 20 people.

The management organizes activities with the community for tourists to engage with the community, such as staying at homestay. Participation in the field of community tourism development There was income generated from tourism within the community. The creation of products that are unique to the community promoted, such as making ice cream as a symbol of the Sri Thep community. There was traditional embroidery, embroidery patterns according to imagination, embroidery without drawing first. Do not used embroidery machines. The embroidered fabric thus becomes one and the only pattern in the world that was unique. Security CCTV cameras and security guards were installed at all times. In terms of accommodation in the community, the accommodation is reasonably priced and has all the necessary facilities.
