A SCHOOL ADMINISTRATION ACCORDING TO THE PRINCIPLES OF GOOD GOVERNANCE AFFECTING THE EDUCATIONAL INNOVATION ORGANIZATION UNDER THE CHANTHABURI PRIMARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA OFFICE 1

Abstract

The purposes of this research were 1) to study the level of a school administration according to the principles of good governance. 2) To study the level of the educational innovation organization. 3) To study the relationship between a school administration according to the principles of good governance and the educational innovation organization. And 4) to study a school administration according to the principles of good governance affecting the educational innovation organization under the Chanthaburi primary educational service area office 1. The study method was based on a sample group of teachers under the Chanthaburi primary educational service area office 1, there were 311 people using a 5-level rating scale questionnaire. Statistics used in data analysis included mean, percentage, standard deviation. Pearson correlation coefficient and multiple regression analysis

             The results revealed that:

1. A school administration according to the principles of good governance under the Chanthaburi primary educational service area office 1 was at a high level and in terms of each aspect, it was at a high level in all 6 aspects in descending order, as follows: rule of law, morality, transparency, value for money, participation and accountability.
2. The educational innovation organization under the Chanthaburi primary educational service area office 1 was at a high level and in terms of each aspect, it was at a high level in all 5 aspects in descending order, as follows: technology and communication, efficient team, creative atmosphere, shared vision and organizational structure.
3. A school administration according to the principles of good governance and the educational innovation organization was a statistically significant positive relationship at .01. The Pearson's correlation coefficient showed that the two variables had a relationship at high level.

          4. A school administration according to the good governance under the Chanthaburi primary educational service area office 1, there are 4 aspects that affecting the educational innovation organization, as follows: rule of law, morality, transparency and participation. A multiple correlation coefficient of 0.921, it can predict being an educational innovation organization under the Chanthaburi primary educational service area office 1, the score was 84.90%, with statistical significance at the .01.
