Management model of a model moral school at BangMunNak District in Phichit Province

Abstract

This research aimed to 1) study the management model of model moral schools in Bang Mun Nak District, 2) compare and classify the management model of model moral schools in Bang Mun Nak District, 3) study the problems, obstacles and suggestions towards the management model of model moral schools in Bang Mun Nak District, Phichit Province. The research methodology was mixed-methods. The population was 2,140 students of Bang Mun Nak Bhumiwitthayakhom School, Bang Mun Nak Subdistrict, Bang Mun Nak District, Phichit Province. The quantitative research was conducted using a survey research method. Data was collected from a sample of 184 people. The research instrument was a questionnaire with a reliability of .965. The statistics used in the research were frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation, t-test and one-way analysis of variance. The semi-structured qualitative research was conducted by collecting data from 11 key informants. The data was analyzed and synthesized in terms of content. The research results showed that 1) the overall management conditions of model moral schools were at a high level, 2) personnel with different genders, ages, education levels and work experiences had different opinions but were not statistically significant, and 3) the management guidelines of model moral schools in Bang Mun Nak District, Phichit Province  In terms of educational management in educational institutions, it promotes systematic education to understand oneself and society. In terms of curriculum development in educational institutions, it supports learners to see their own value and have self-discipline. In terms of development of learning processes in educational institutions, it supports learners to learn more easily and understand the facts. In terms of development and promotion of learning resources, it develops real conditions instead of the traditional classroom.
