Buddhist Psychology Architecture Enhancing Safety in the Organization

Abstract

Objectives of the study aimed 1) to study the principles and interior design elements of Buddhist Psychology Architecture enhancing the safety in the organization; 2)to analytically study an interior design process of Buddhist Psychology Architecture enhancing the safety in the organization; and 3) to present an interior design model of Buddhist Psychology Architecture enhancing the safety in the organization. Results of the study were as follows:  With respect to a model of an interior design model of Buddhist Psychology Architecture enhancing the safety in the organization it found that Chi-square value ( =63.72, df = 50, p = .092, GFI = .98, AGFI = .94, RMSEA = .023) could have explained the variance of 74 percent safety, while considering mediators it found that the principles of Sappaya had higher indirect influences than direct influences. This indicated that the casual relationship model of Buddhist Psychology Architecture enhancing the safety in the organization as developed had Buddhist Psychology Architecture enhancing the safety in the organization as good mediators.
