พุทธจริยธรรม ESG และความสามารถในการฟื้นตัวเชิงกลยุทธ์: บทบาทของทุนทางสถาบันพุทธศาสนาในบริบทอาเซียน

บทความวิชาการนี้นำเสนอกรอบแนวคิดที่บูรณาการทุนทางสถาบันพุทธศาสนา (Buddhist Institutional Capital: BIC) เข้ากับกรอบ ESG และความสามารถในการฟื้นตัวเชิงกลยุทธ์ (strategic resilience) ในบริบทอาเซียน โดยใช้ทฤษฎีสถาบัน (Institutional Theory) และแนวคิดตัวเลือกที่แท้จริง (real options) มาเป็นกรอบทฤษฎีหลัก บทความนี้เสนอว่าสถาบันพุทธศาสนาในฐานะสถาบันที่ไม่เป็นทางการ (informal institution) มีการดำเนินการผ่านสามช่องทาง ได้แก่ เชิงบรรทัดฐาน เชิงความรู้ และเชิงกฎระเบียบ ช่องทางเหล่านี้สามารถนำมาใช้เพื่อช่วยลดความไม่แน่นอนของ ESG (ESG Uncertainty Index: ESGUI) และเสริมสร้างความสามารถในการฟื้นตัวสามมิติ ได้แก่ การดูดซับ การปรับตัว และการแปลงสภาพ บทความนี้พัฒนากรอบ DPSIR-ER ซึ่งขยายจากกรอบ DPSIR-E ด้วยการเพิ่มสัมประสิทธิ์ความสามารถในการฟื้นตัว (R) ในสมการ I = P × A × T × E × R และได้ชี้ให้เห็นว่าปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง (SEP) และนโยบาย BCG Economy สามารถนำมาใช้เป็นต้นแบบของสถาบันระดับชาติได้ครบทั้งสามช่องทาง และได้นำเอาแนวคิดนี้มาพัฒนาเป็นข้อเสนอแนะเชิงนโยบายในการขับเคลื่อน ESG ในระดับบรรษัท ระดับการกำกับดูแล และการนำมาปรับใช้ในภูมิภาคอาเซียน
