AN APPLICATION OF PANJA SILA IN LIFFDEVELOPMENT OF PEOPLE IN BANGHAK COMMUNITY HAN YAI DISTRICT SONGKHLA PROVINCE

Abstract

            Saṅgaha Vatthu in way of life of people in Bangreang sub-district municipality, Khuanneang district, Songkhla province. 2) To compare on application of Saṅgaha Vatthu in way of life of people in Bangreang sub-district municipality, Khuanneang district, Songkhla province in term of sexes, ages, degrees of education, occupations and monthly incomes. 3) The suggestion on guideline in promotion for application of Saṅgaha Vatthu in way of life of people in Bangreang sub-district municipality, Khuanneang district, Songkhla province. The population were composed of people in Bangreang sub-district municipality, Khuanneang district, Songkhla province for 9,372 persons, and sample size according to Krejcie and Morgan’s table measurement, the sample were about 384 persons. The instrument for data collection was questionnaire both closed-open ended questions, data analysis by package computer program. The statistics were analysed as follows; frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, F-test.

            The findings were as follow;

            1) An application of Saṅgaha Vatthu in way of life of people in Bangreang sub - district municipality, Khuanneang district, Songkhla province by overview was at moderate level ( = 3.36) when considered in each aspect from more to less found that the aspect of Dāna (giving) was the highest mean (  = 3.69) and followed up the aspect of Piyavācā nice speech (  =  3.36) and the aspect of Atthacariyā self - sacrific (  =  3.26) and the aspect of Samānattatā equanimi (  = 3.15) respectively.

            2) The Comparative result on application of Saṅgaha Vatthu in way of life of people in Bangreang sub-district municipality, Khuanneang district, Songkhla province in term of sexes, ages, degrees of education, occupations and monthly incomes found that there were different as statistically significance at .05.

            3) The suggestion on guideline to promote on application of Saṅgaha Vatthu in way of life of people in Bangreang sub-district municipality, Khuanneang district, Songkhla province (1) Dāna domain (giving) there should make understanding on objectives, there should have changing idea to learn and promote for helping each others and giving the right way to give. (2) Piyavācā domain (nice speech) there should train on workshop for co-operate each other for informing in successfully work. (3) Atthacariyā domain (self-sacrifice) there should have training and indicate on benefits of grouping for reaching to people more and more and (4) Samānattatā (equanimity) there should have measurement in control the process as usually, there have checking procedure as usually for understanding, reaching and develop in way of life of people in other domain in the future.
