AN ANALYTICAL STUDY OF ENLIGHTENMENT OF ARAHANT (FINAL EMANCIPATION) APPEARED IN THE COMMENTARY SCRIPTURE OF DHAMMAPADA

Abstract

The objectives of this thesis were as follows 1) to study methods on enlighten one of Arahun which is appeared in Theravada Buddhist scripture. 2) to study on enlighten one of Arahun which is appeared in Dhammapadacommenfary scripture. and 3) to analyze on enlighten one of Arahan which is appeared in Dhammapada commentary scripture. this is the qualitative research, the results found that.The person who attain as Arahan in Dhammapada commentary scripture they have a same practice according to Tri - Sikkha i.e. Sila, Samadhi, and Panna those can be attain the Arahan and they must be based on understanding of Carita of themselves or the man we will be thought before, these because of the six Carita i.e. Raga Carita, DosaCarita, MohaCarita, SatthaCarita, BuddhiCarita and VitakaCarita all are in fluenced to Dhamma practice, the understanding of Carita can be set to proper practice.
