STRATEGIC LEADERSHIP MODEL BASED ON THE FOUR PATHS OF FACTORS AFFECTING ADMINISTRATIVE OF SCHOOLS UNDER KHON KAEN PRIMARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA OFFICE 2

Abstract
The objectives of this research were to 1. study the components and indicators. 2. Examine the consistency and suitability of strategic leadership model. 3. create and assess the Model of strategic leadership model. And 4) assess the Model of strategic leadership model based on The Four Paths of Accomplishment factors affecting administrative of Schools under the KhonKaen Elementary Educational Service Area Office 2. This research is mixed-method research. The sample group was school administrators and teachers in educational institutions under the KhonKaen Elementary Educational Service Area Office 2, totaling 411 people, providing important information, experts and experts, totaling 15 people. The research instruments were questionnaires and an assessment form for the use of components and indicators, strategic leadership model based on The Four Paths of Accomplishment in administrative effectiveness. The statistics used to analyze the data are percentage, mean, standard deviation, confirmatory factor analysis, and Structural Equation Modeling. The results of research were found that: 1)the factors of Strategic Leadership: 1) Strategic Leadership 2) Creating a learning community 3) Learning atmosphere in schools and administrative effectiveness of school administrators The compositional analysis results are suitable to perform the compositional analysis at a very good level.2. The results of the coherence verification of the strategic leadership structure model are consistent with the empirical data and are suitable for all components of strategic leadership measurement.3. Formation of Strategic Leadership the results were ranked in order of importance: 1) Learning atmosphere 2) Strategic leadership 3) Learning community All 3 factors were consistent with empirical data4. The results of the evaluation of the model of administrative effectiveness of school administrators were at the highest level in all components. And it can be used to develop strategic leadership effectively.
