THE DEVELOPMENT OF TEACHING STYLES THROUGH PROFESSIONAL COMMUNITY LEARNING BY USING DIGITAL TECHNOLOGY TO PROMOTE TEACHING ABILITY FOR STUDENTS OF INDUSTRIAL EDUCATION COURSES IN HIGHER EDUCATION INSTITUTIONS

Abstract

The objectives of the research are: 1) to create a teaching and learning model through a professional learning community using digital technology. to promote the ability in teaching for students of the pedagogy curriculum in higher education institution to compare the ability in teaching before and after learning using digital technology. to promote the ability in teaching For students of pedagogy courses in higher education institutions. Content analysis tools include: 1) Instructional Maps, 2) Expert Interviews and Formats, 3) Non-Digitally Supported Competency Assessments, 4) Teaching Required Sample Page Examinations; and 5) Applicant Evaluation Form. The sample used in this research were 4th year students in mechanical engineering. and industrial engineering Industrial Education Program Faculty of Engineering Rajamangala University of Technology Lanna Phitsanulok. There were 33 students enrolled in the language and culture course, semester 2/2022. Statistics used were mean, standard deviation, percentage, hypothesis testing by t-test Dependent. The results of the research revealed that 1) the teaching and learning model created by the researcher had the appropriateness of the overall model at the highest level. 2) Evaluation results of teaching ability of students in industrial education curriculum in higher education institutions Overall, it was at a high level. and 3) The overall satisfaction of the students with the teaching and learning model created by the researcher was at the highest level.
