MANAGEMENT INNOVATION IN SECURITY GUARD BUSINESS

Abstract
This research aims to 1) study the current state of management innovation in security businesses, 2) study problems and obstacles in security business management, and 3) develop guidelines for use in management innovation in security businesses. This study a qualitative research work. Data were collected from 25 key informants through in-depth interviews and focus group discussions. The results of the study found that: 1) Management costs mainly are from training and development to modern technology. Operating personnel most of the qualifications are determined according to the act. Training has been developed according to standards. Training has been developed according to standards. They all have been trained and license to work. 2) Problems and obstacles in managing security businesses: The Security Business Act of 2015 does not require businesses to hire employees without going through a company. No overtime compensation has been specified, and coordination with government agencies, there has been complexity in the work process as of the agency and delays in submitting employee documents. 3) Guidelines for using management innovation for security businesses 3.1) Technology should be used to help maintain safety in condominium buildings and to use technology for communicate during work. Develop innovative recruitment and personnel development processes 3.2) Innovative leaders should promote creativity in doing new things, creating a knowledgeable team with expertise in work and technology, and promoting two-way communication 3.3) Additional development and training in areas where employees lack knowledge and skills and encourage employees to use technology in their works.
