THE ROLE OF THE NAN PROVINCIAL YOUTH NETWORK CAPACITY DEVELOPMENT FUND IN PROMOTING SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT OF YOUTH

Abstract

This research article the objectives are to 1) study the role of the Nan Provincial Youth Network Capacity Development Fund in promoting sustainable development of youth 2) study the participation of youth in the Nan Provincial Youth Network Capacity Development Fund leading to the promotion of development. 3) To present guidelines and create a network for sustainable development of youth and their participation in supporting economic growth and better living conditions of Nan Province. The research format is qualitative research. Using in-depth interviews. Data were analyzed using descriptive content analysis. The research results found that 1) Nan Provincial Youth Network Potential Development Fund Play a role in developing the potential of youth networks in Nan Province. Makes people understand and create ideas about the cultural costs of Nan. By bringing issues about cultural costs to expand and inspire youth to return to develop their hometowns. 2) Participation of youth in the Nan Provincial Youth Network Capacity Development Fund. It was found that youth are committed and committed to develop their network To lead to the development and continuation of local wisdom of Nan Province. Leads to the promotion of sustainable development. 3) Guidelines for youth development through coordination between the Nan Provincial Youth Network Capacity Development Fund and network partners in the community and local areas. It supports economic growth and better living conditions. By opening a creative space for youth to jointly organize activities that are beneficial to society and the public at large. It is a mechanism for building relationships between the old generation and the new generation together with the youth network.
