Abstract

The objectives of this research article are to 1) study the water resource management process, 2) develop local activities and technology in water resource management, and 3) create a water resource management network of local administrative organizations in Surat Thani Province. It is qualitative research. There is a content scope of 3Rs SWOT. Key informants include the President of the Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Deputy President of the Subdistrict Administrative Organization. Experts in conservation and management of water resources, District 14 and Water Resources Office 10, Surat Thani Province, community leaders including kamnans, village headmen, and village scholars. A total of 30 people were analyzed by content analysis of descriptive statistics. Inductive analysis The results of the research found that 1) 3Rs water resource management process, using showers, not planting crops in the dry season. Water has been used and is used again. Water from washing clothes, washing vegetables, and watering plants Wastewater is treated and reused. SWOT Strengths: The area is a lowland area suitable for agriculture and freshwater fishing. There are sufficient natural water resources that can be developed to benefit the people. Weaknesses: People lack awareness of environmental conservation. The problem of garbage is increasing. Opportunities: The government emphasizes the importance of the principles of sufficiency economy and supporting the promotion of agricultural careers. Obstacles: Related laws make operations not flexible. 2) Develop activities and local technology for water management in the area.
