FACTORS AFFECTING EDUCATIONAL ADMINISTRATION PERFORMANCE IN BUDDHIST SCHOOLS BURIRAM PROVINCE

Abstract

This Article aimed to study that 1) For Examine the quality levels of educational development plans, educational management, moral-intellectual principles, educational behavior, and the achievements of Buddhist oriented Schools 2) For Investigate the influence of these factors on the success of Buddhist oriented Schools. and 3) For Guidelines for Educational Administration Achievements of Buddhist Oriented Schools. The study employed a mixed-method approach, combining quantitative and qualitative research. For quantitative research, the sample size was determined using Taro Yamane's formula with a level of error of 0.01, the sample group for quantitative research was 420 people. Check proportional sampling and select your sample type (systematic sampling), calculate sample size, perform multivariate statistical analysis, structural equation modeling (SEM). t is suggested that the sample size should be approximately 20 times that of the observed variables. Questionnaire to collect data with target group such as Eexecutives and Deputy directors, Morality-Teaching Monks and Educators in Academic and Social Studies and religion. Analyzed using structural Equation Modeling. For the qualitative aspect, in-depth interviews were conducted with 23 participants, including school directors and morality-teaching monks, selected through purposive sampling. Data were analyzed using content analysis. Result Research 1) Strategic management, the quality of educational development plans, educational management, moral-intellectual principles, educational behavior, and the achievements of Buddhist oriented Schools were rated at the highest levels. 2) The quality of educational development plans, educational management, moral-intellectual principles, and educational behavior significantly influenced the success of Buddhist oriented Schools. and 3) Key factors contributing to effective management included educational behavior, educational management, moral-intellectual principles, educational achievements, and the quality of development plans. This research provides insights that schools, administrators, and educators in Buddhist oriented Schools can apply to enhance and develop various aspects of their work. Additionally, it serves as a reference for future related studies.
