STRATEGIES FOR GOOD CORPORATE HEALTH MANAGEMENT UNIVERSITY IN GUANGXI PROVINCE, PEOPLE'S REPUBLIC OF CHINA

Abstract
The purpose of this research were to 1) Study the good organizational health management practices of university administrators in Guangxi Province, People's Republic of China, and 2) Study the strategies for good organizational health management. The research population consisted of universities in Guangxi Province, People's Republic of China. This research employed a mixed-methods approach. The sample comprised 234 administrators and faculty members from universities in Guangxi Province, People's Republic of China, selected using purposive sampling. The research instrument was a 5-level Likert scale questionnaire with a content validity index of 1.00 and a reliability coefficient of .92. Statistical analysis included percentages, means, and standard deviations.
The results showed that, overall, the good organizational health management practices of universities in Guangxi Province, People's Republic of China, were at a high level. When considering individual aspects, organizational strength had the highest mean score, followed by morale.
The influence of administrators had the lowest mean score. Strategies for good organizational health management included visionary leadership, a positive work culture, transparent communication, promotion of participation, and staff skill development using integrated information technology systems. In the long term, university administrators in Guangxi Province encouraged personnel to employ diverse problem-solving methods and supported human resources based on competence. Each individual's aptitudes are considered, encouraging and developing personnel to produce academic work. Management possesses the right attitude, intention, and motivation to motivate personnel to perform assigned tasks in order to achieve organizational goals and lead to the sustainable improvement and development of management quality.
