กลยุทธ์การบริหารงานวิชาการตามแนวคิดความเป็นพลเมืองดิจิทัลของ มหาวิทยาลัยในมณฑลกวางสี ประเทศจีน

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) ศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบันและสภาพที่พึงประสงค์การบริหารงานวิชาการตามแนวคิดพลเมืองดิจิทัล 2) สร้างกลยุทธ์การบริหารงานวิชาการตามแนวคิดความเป็นพลเมืองดิจิทัล และ 3) ประเมินกลยุทธ์การบริหารงานวิชาการตามแนวคิดความเป็นพลเมืองดิจิทัลของมหาวิทยาลัยในมณฑลกวางสีประเทศจีน ประชากร ได้แก่ ผู้บริหาร 104 คน และอาจารย์ผู้สอน 19,066 คนในมหาวิทยาลัย จำนวน 10 มหาวิทยาลัย กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ผู้บริหาร จำนวน 83 คน อาจารย์ผู้สอน จำนวน 392 คน ในการเลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างด้วยวิธีการสุ่มตามสัดส่วน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในวิจัย คือ แบบสัมภาษณ์ แบบสอบถาม แบบประเมิน แบบบันทึกการสนทนากลุ่ม ใช้วิธีการวิจัยแบบผสมวิธีพหุระยะโดยการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพในระยะแรก การวิจัยเชิงปริมาณในระยะที่สอง และการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพอีกครั้งในระยะสุดท้าย สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ค่า PNImodified ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และวิเคราะห์เชิงเนื้อหา ผลการตรวจสอบแบบสอบถามของค่า IOC ทุกข้อคำถามมีค่าอยู่ระหว่าง 0.50 - 1.00 และค่าความเชื่อมั่น มีค่า 0.99 ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) สภาพปัจจุบัน ด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยมากที่สุด คือ การบริหารการเรียนการสอน (M = 3.65) รองลงมา คือ การบริหารการวิจัยทางวิทยาศาสตร์ (M = 3.51) และการบริหารการจัดกิจกรรม (M = 3.50) สภาพที่พึงประสงค์ ด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยมากที่สุด คือ การบริหารการเรียนการสอน (M = 4.34) รองลงมา คือ การบริหารการจัดกิจกรรม (M = 4.33) การบริหารการวิจัยทางวิทยาศาสตร์ (M = 4.30) 2) กลยุทธ์การบริหารงานวิชาการมี 3 กลยุทธ์หลัก คือ การบริหารการเรียนการสอน การบริหารการวิจัยทางวิทยาศาสตร์ และการบริหารการจัดกิจกรรม และ 3) ผลการประเมินกลยุทธ์ในภาพรวมทุกด้านอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด
