พฤติกรรมการเปิดรับสื่อสังคมออนไลน์และเนื้อหาที่ผู้ใช้สร้างขึ้นมีอิทธิพลต่อ การตัดสินใจท่องเที่ยวแบบอิสระในประเทศไทยของนักศึกษาชาวจีน

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาพฤติกรรมการเปิดรับสื่อสังคมออนไลน์และเนื้อหาที่ผู้ใช้สร้างขึ้นของนักศึกษาชาวจีน รวมทั้งศึกษาปัจจัยด้านสื่อสังคมออนไลน์และเนื้อหาที่มีอิทธิพลต่อการตัดสินใจท่องเที่ยวแบบอิสระในประเทศไทย โดยใช้ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยแบบผสมผสาน การเก็บข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณใช้แบบสอบถามออนไลน์จากกลุ่มตัวอย่างนักศึกษาชาวจีน จำนวน 400 คน ด้วยการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบตามสะดวก ส่วนข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพใช้การสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกผ่านแพลตฟอร์ม WeChat จำนวน 10 คน ซึ่งเป็นนักศึกษาชาวจีนที่มีประสบการณ์ท่องเที่ยวแบบอิสระในประเทศไทย โดยใช้วิธีสุ่มแบบลูกโซ่ การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบนเบี่ยงมาตรฐาน และทดสอบสมมติฐานด้วยสถิติ t-test และ One-way ANOVA ส่วนข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพใช้การวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการวิจัยพบว่า นักศึกษาชาวจีนมีพฤติกรรมการเปิดรับสื่อสังคมออนไลน์ ด้านการท่องเที่ยวประเทศไทยในระดับสูง แพลตฟอร์มที่ได้รับความนิยม ได้แก่ Xiaohongshu (RED), WeChat, Douyin และ Weibo เนื้อหาที่ได้รับความสนใจ ได้แก่ รีวิวสถานที่ท่องเที่ยว ประสบการณ์การเดินทาง การแนะนำอาหารท้องถิ่น การวางแผนเส้นทาง และข้อมูลค่าใช้จ่าย นอกจากนี้ ยังให้ความสำคัญกับความน่าเชื่อถือข้อมูลที่ครบถ้วน ผลการทดสอบสมมติฐาน พบว่า พฤติกรรมการเปิดรับสื่อสังคมออนไลน์และเนื้อหาที่ผู้ใช้สร้างขึ้นมีอิทธิพลต่อการตัดสินใจท่องเที่ยวแบบอิสระในประเทศไทยอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ขณะที่ข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพ พบว่า สื่อสังคมออนไลน์เป็นแหล่งข้อมูลหลักในการวางแผนการเดินทาง ช่วยลดความไม่แน่นอน และส่งผลต่อการตัดสินใจ โดยเฉพาะด้านความสะดวกในการเดินทางความปลอดภัย และประสบการณ์ทางวัฒนธรรม ซึ่งสะท้อนบทบาทสำคัญของสื่อสังคมออนไลน์ต่อพฤติกรรมนักท่องเที่ยวในยุคดิจิทัลอย่างชัดเจน
