ความคล่องแคล่วในการเรียนรู้ (Learning Agility) และความสัมพันธ์กับผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของนักศึกษามหาวิทยาลัย: การศึกษาเปรียบเทียบระหว่างสองคณะ

บทคัดย่อ
งานวิจัยนี้สำรวจความคล่องแคล่วในการเรียนรู้ของนักศึกษาจากสองคณะ ได้แก่ คณะวิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยีอุตสาหกรรม และคณะนวัตกรรมการเกษตร ประมง และอาหาร โดยมีเป้าหมายเพื่อ 1) ระบุระดับความคล่องแคล่วในการเรียนรู้ของนักศึกษา 2) วิเคราะห์ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างความคล่องแคล่วในการเรียนรู้กับเกรดเฉลี่ยสะสม และ 3) เปรียบเทียบความแตกต่างระหว่างความคล่องแคล่วในการเรียนรู้ของนักศึกษาทั้งสองคณะ งานวิจัยเป็นการเก็บข้อมูลเชิงสำรวจ เก็บข้อมูลจากนักศึกษา จำนวน 477 คน ของมหาวิทยาลัยสงขลานครินทร์ วิทยาเขตสุราษฎร์ธานี เครื่องมือวิจัยเป็นแบบทดสอบวัดความคล่องแคล่วในการเรียนรู้ที่พัฒนาจากแนวคิดของ Hallenbeck และผ่านการตรวจสอบความตรงเชิงเนื้อหาโดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญแล้ว การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลครอบคลุมสถิติเชิงพรรณนา สหสัมพันธ์เพียร์สัน และการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนพหุ ผลการศึกษาแสดงให้เห็นว่านักศึกษามีความคล่องแคล่วในการเรียนรู้โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับสูง (M = 5.75) อย่างไรก็ตาม ความสัมพันธ์กับเกรดเฉลี่ยสะสมอยู่ในระดับต่ำและไม่ปรากฏนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ โดยในกลุ่มคณะวิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยีอุตสาหกรรมพบความสัมพันธ์เชิงลบเล็กน้อย (r = -.07, p > .05) ขณะที่คณะนวัตกรรมการเกษตร ประมง และอาหารมีความสัมพันธ์เชิงบวกเล็กน้อย (r = .12, p > .05) เมื่อเปรียบเทียบ จากทั้งสองคณะพบความแตกต่างอย่างมีนัยสำคัญในระดับพหุ (Pillai’s Trace = .042, F(4,472) = 5.12, p < .01) โดยนักศึกษาคณะนวัตกรรมการเกษตร ประมง และอาหารมีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงกว่าในทุกองค์ประกอบ ข้อค้นพบดังกล่าวชี้ให้เห็นว่า ความคล่องแคล่วในการเรียนรู้อาจไม่ได้เชื่อมโยงโดยตรงกับผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนในรูปของเกรดเฉลี่ย หากเป็นสมรรถนะที่ขึ้นกับบริบทการเรียนรู้ ดังนั้น การประเมินผลในระดับอุดมศึกษาควรเปิดพื้นที่ให้กับการประเมินตามสภาพจริงและการประเมินฐานสมรรถนะ เพื่อให้ได้ภาพของศักยภาพผู้เรียนที่รอบด้านมากขึ้น
