ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการประยุกต์ใช้ปัญญาประดิษฐ์ (AI) ในห่วงโซ่อุปทานของ วิสาหกิจขนาดกลางและขนาดย่อม (SMEs) ในประเทศไทย

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยภายในและภายนอกองค์กรที่ส่งผลต่อการประยุกต์ใช้ปัญญาประดิษฐ์ในห่วงโซ่อุปทานของวิสาหกิจขนาดกลางและขนาดย่อมในประเทศไทย รวมถึงแนวทางการพัฒนาโมเดลการประยุกต์ใช้ปัญญาประดิษฐ์เพื่อเสริมสร้างความได้เปรียบในการแข่งขันอย่างยั่งยืน โดยศึกษาจากเอกสาร แนวคิด ทฤษฎี และงานวิจัยที่เกี่ยวข้อง 88 งานวิจัย ร่วมกับการสนทนากลุ่มกับนักวิชาการด้านห่วงโซ่อุปทาน ผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านปัญญาประดิษฐ์ และผู้ประกอบการ SMEs จำนวน 5 คน คัดเลือกด้วยวิธีเฉพาะเจาะจง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แนวคำถามสำหรับการสนทนากลุ่ม ซึ่งผ่านการตรวจสอบความตรงเชิงเนื้อหาโดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญ จำนวน 3 คน ด้วยวิธีดัชนีความสอดคล้องระหว่างข้อคำถามกับวัตถุประสงค์โดยมีค่าอยู่ระหว่าง 0.67 - 1.00 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา และการวิเคราะห์เชิงประเด็น พบว่า ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการประยุกต์ใช้ปัญญาประดิษฐ์ ในห่วงโซ่อุปทานของ SMEs ไทยสามารถแบ่งออกเป็น 2 ด้าน ได้แก่ ปัจจัยภายในองค์กรและภายนอกองค์กร โดยปัจจัยภายในองค์กร ประกอบด้วย ทรัพยากรบุคคล ความพร้อมด้านเทคโนโลยีดิจิทัล วัฒนธรรมองค์กร ระบบข้อมูล และการสนับสนุนจากผู้บริหาร ปัจจัยภายนอกองค์กร ประกอบด้วย นโยบายและการสนับสนุนจากภาครัฐ การแข่งขันทางธุรกิจ การเปลี่ยนแปลงทางเทคโนโลยี และแนวคิดด้านความยั่งยืน การประยุกต์ใช้ปัญญาประดิษฐ์ยังช่วยเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพด้านการพยากรณ์อุปสงค์ การบริหารสินค้าคงคลัง การลดต้นทุน และการตอบสนองต่อลูกค้าได้อย่างรวดเร็ว ส่งผลต่อการสร้างความได้เปรียบในการแข่งขันอย่างยั่งยืน อย่างไรก็ตาม SMEs ไทยยังเผชิญข้อจำกัด
ด้านงบประมาณ บุคลากร และความรู้ด้านดิจิทัล จึงจำเป็นต้องได้รับการสนับสนุนจากภาครัฐและสถาบันการศึกษาอย่างต่อเนื่อง งานวิจัยนี้เสนอโมเดลการประยุกต์ใช้ ปัญญาประดิษฐ์ ในห่วงโซ่อุปทาน SMEs ไทย เพื่อใช้เป็นแนวทางในการพัฒนาศักยภาพการแข่งขันขององค์กรในยุคเศรษฐกิจดิจิทัล
