การสังเคราะห์องค์ประกอบและตัวบ่งชี้สมรรถนะการจัดการเรียนรู้ของครูปฐมวัย แห่งโลกอนาคต

บทคัดย่อ
บทความวิชาการฉบับนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) สังเคราะห์องค์ประกอบสมรรถนะการจัดการเรียนรู้ของครูปฐมวัยแห่งโลกอนาคตจากเอกสาร แนวคิด ทฤษฎี และงานวิจัยที่เกี่ยวข้อง 2) กำหนดตัวบ่งชี้ขององค์ประกอบสมรรถนะจากการสังเคราะห์เชิงเนื้อหา และ 3) เสนอแนวทางการเสริมสร้างสมรรถนะการจัดการเรียนรู้ของครูปฐมวัยเพื่อสนับสนุนการพัฒนาคุณภาพครูและการศึกษาปฐมวัยอย่างยั่งยืน โดยใช้การทบทวนวรรณกรรมอย่างเป็นระบบ (Systematic Literature Review) ร่วมกับการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา (Content Analysis) และการจัดหมวดหมู่เชิงประเด็น (Thematic Categorization) เพื่อสังเคราะห์สาระสำคัญจากแหล่งข้อมูลทางวิชาการ ผลการศึกษาพบว่า สมรรถนะการจัดการเรียนรู้ของครูปฐมวัยแห่งโลกอนาคต ประกอบด้วย สมรรถนะสำคัญ 7 ด้าน ซึ่งสามารถสังเคราะห์เป็น 4 องค์ประกอบ ได้แก่ 1) ความรู้ (Knowledge) 2) ทักษะ (Skills) 3) คุณลักษณะ (Attributes) และ 4) การบูรณาการสมรรถนะสู่การปฏิบัติ (Integrated Competency) พร้อมกำหนดตัวบ่งชี้ของแต่ละองค์ประกอบอย่างเป็นระบบ ครอบคลุมความรู้ทางวิชาชีพ ทักษะการจัดประสบการณ์การเรียนรู้ การใช้เทคโนโลยีดิจิทัล การคิดเชิงวิพากษ์ การสร้างนวัตกรรม การสื่อสาร การทำงานร่วมกับผู้เกี่ยวข้อง และคุณธรรมจริยธรรมวิชาชีพ นอกจากนี้ ยังสังเคราะห์แนวทางการเสริมสร้างสมรรถนะ 5 แนวทาง ได้แก่ การพัฒนาครูอย่างต่อเนื่อง การใช้เทคโนโลยีเพื่อการเรียนรู้ การเรียนรู้จากการปฏิบัติ การสร้างเครือข่ายความร่วมมือ และการวิจัยในชั้นเรียน เพื่อพัฒนาความรู้ ทักษะ คุณลักษณะ และการประยุกต์ใช้สมรรถนะในการปฏิบัติงานอย่างบูรณาการ ผลการศึกษาสามารถใช้เป็นกรอบแนวคิดในการพัฒนาหลักสูตรการผลิตและพัฒนาครูปฐมวัย การกำหนดมาตรฐานสมรรถนะ และการยกระดับคุณภาพการจัดการเรียนรู้ให้สอดคล้องกับการเปลี่ยนแปลงของโลกอนาคต รวมทั้งเป็นข้อมูลเชิงวิชาการสำหรับการกำหนดนโยบาย การวางแผนพัฒนาครู และการวิจัยต่อยอดในอนาคต อันจะนำไปสู่การพัฒนาคุณภาพครู ผู้เรียน และระบบการศึกษาปฐมวัยอย่างยั่งยืน
