การจัดการการสื่อความหมาย การรับรู้ และผลลัพธ์การเรียนรู้ของนักท่องเที่ยว ในการท่องเที่ยวเชิงพุทธ: หลักฐานจากวัดป่าสุทธาวาส จังหวัดสกลนคร

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 3 ประการ ได้แก่ 1) เพื่อประเมินประสิทธิผลของการจัดการการสื่อความหมายพุทธธรรมตามคำสอนของพระอาจารย์มั่น ภูริทัตตเถระ ณ วัดป่าสุทธาวาส จังหวัดสกลนคร 2) เพื่อศึกษาการรับรู้และพฤติกรรมการเรียนรู้ตามการรายงานของตนเองของนักท่องเที่ยวชาวไทย และ 3) เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อประสิทธิผลตามการรับรู้ดังกล่าว บทความนี้รายงานเฉพาะระยะที่หนึ่งซึ่งเป็นการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณแบบตัดขวาง เก็บข้อมูลด้วยแบบสอบถามจากนักท่องเที่ยวชาวไทย 400 คน วิเคราะห์ด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนา การวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงสำรวจและเชิงยืนยัน และการถดถอยพหุคูณเชิงลำดับขั้น ผลการวิจัยมี 3 ประการ ประการแรก โมเดลการวัดมี 3 องค์ประกอบที่เชื่อถือได้ ได้แก่ ประสิทธิผลของผู้สื่อความหมายที่เป็นบุคคล (HI) คุณภาพการจัดการเนื้อหาและสื่อ (CM) และผลลัพธ์การเรียนรู้และความภักดี (TO) ประการที่สอง นักท่องเที่ยวประเมินทุกองค์ประกอบในระดับมาก โดย TO สูงสุด (M = 4.08) รองลงมา คือ CM (M = 3.90) และ HI (M = 3.78) ข้อที่ได้คะแนนสูงสุดล้วนเป็นเชิงอารมณ์และการนำธรรมะไปใช้ สะท้อนการเรียนรู้เชิงใคร่ครวญมากกว่าการรับสารสนเทศ ประการที่สาม เมื่อควบคุมลักษณะประชากรแล้ว คุณภาพการจัดการเนื้อหาและสื่อธรรมะของพระอาจารย์มั่น อันได้แก่ การจัดแสดงอัฐบริขาร ป้ายสื่อความหมาย และบรรยากาศวิเวก ส่งผลต่อผลลัพธ์สูงกว่าผู้สื่อความหมายที่เป็นบุคคล (β = .441 และ β = .306) ร่วมกันอธิบายความแปรปรวนได้ร้อยละ 41.2 ขณะที่ลักษณะประชากรมีบทบาทน้อยมาก ข้อค้นพบชี้ว่าคุณภาพประสบการณ์ เป็นสิ่งที่จัดการได้ จึงเสนอให้พัฒนาสื่อใหม่ ออกแบบเส้นทางการเรียนรู้ ติดตั้งป้ายรหัสคิวอาร์ และการสร้างบรรยากาศศักดิ์สิทธิ์เป็นองค์ประกอบของการสื่อความหมาย
