MA-KE Model: รูปแบบการจัดการเรียนรู้เมกเกอร์สเปซทางสังคมศึกษา เพื่อส่งเสริมสมรรถนะนักศึกษาครูสังคมศึกษาในห้องเรียนวิถีถัดไป

บทคัดย่อ

การผลิตครูสังคมศึกษาในบริบทห้องเรียนวิถีถัดไปยังขาดกรอบปฏิบัติการที่เชื่อมโยงการสร้างองค์ความรู้ การคิดเชิงวิพากษ์ การมีส่วนร่วมทางสังคมวัฒนธรรม และการพัฒนาสมรรถนะครูอย่างเป็นระบบ โดยเฉพาะในบริบทเมกเกอร์สเปซที่งานวิจัยส่วนใหญ่ยังคงจำกัดในบริบท STEM งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อออกแบบ MA-KE Model ในฐานะรูปแบบการสอนเมกเกอร์สเปซทางสังคมศึกษาสำหรับนักศึกษาครู และ 2) เพื่อศึกษาสมรรถนะของนักศึกษาครูที่พัฒนาขึ้นจากการใช้โมเดลดังกล่าว ดำเนินการวิจัยและพัฒนาเชิงคุณภาพตามกรอบการวิจัยเชิงปฏิบัติการแบบมีส่วนร่วม ผ่านวงรอบวางแผน ปฏิบัติ สังเกต และสะท้อนคิด บูรณาการทฤษฎีทางการศึกษาเข้ากับบริบทสังคมวัฒนธรรมล้านนา ผู้เข้าร่วมวิจัย ประกอบด้วย นักศึกษาครูสังคมศึกษา มหาวิทยาลัย เชียงใหม่ จำนวน 64 คน และนักเรียนมัธยมศึกษา 40 คน จาก 2 โรงเรียนที่คัดเลือกแบบเจาะจง โดยพิจารณาจากความแตกต่างของบริบททุนดิจิทัลและทุนทางวัฒนธรรม ได้แก่ โรงเรียนเอกชนในเขตเมือง และโรงเรียนพักนอนกลุ่มนักเรียนชาติพันธุ์ เก็บข้อมูลด้วยแบบบันทึกการสังเกต การสนทนากลุ่ม แบบสอบถามปลายเปิด บันทึกการสะท้อนคิด และชิ้นงานนักศึกษาครู วิเคราะห์ด้วยการวิเคราะห์เชิงคุณภาพแบบวนซ้ำ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า MA-KE Model ประกอบด้วย 4 ขั้น ได้แก่ การทำแผนที่ผู้เรียน การออกแบบการเรียนรู้ การปฏิบัติการสร้างสรรค์ และการประเมินและยกระดับ โดยนักศึกษาครูพัฒนาสมรรถนะ 6 ด้านที่ทำงานในลักษณะระบบนิเวศสมรรถนะซึ่งแต่ละองค์ประกอบพึ่งพิงและยกระดับกันอย่างเป็นระบบ งานวิจัยนี้เสนอคุณูปการเชิงทฤษฎีสามประการ ได้แก่ กรอบการสอนผ่านวัฒนธรรมและเมกเกอร์สเปซ การสะท้อนคิดเพื่อการเปลี่ยนแปลง และระบบนิเวศสมรรถนะ MA-KE สอดคล้องกับเป้าหมายการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืน SDG 4.7 และ 10
