Guidelines for Strength of The Networks Partners Students Development Activity of Rajaprajanugroh 35 School Phang-Nga

Abstract

The objectives of this research are (1) to study the conditions for strengthening network partners, (2) to study the creation of guidelines for strengthening network partners and, (3) to present guidelines for strengthening network partners for developing the quality of students at Rajaprajanugroh School 35, Phang Nga Province. This research used qualitative research to collect data by in-depth interviews with 15 people involved, 5 people who provided insights, and group discussions with 7 experts. Data were analyzed inductively. The results of the study found that (1) studying the conditions for strengthening network partners according to seven variables: 1) Selection of network partners 2) Creation of principles and thought processes 3) Organizing activities of network partners 4) Organizing meetings and analyzing activity problems 5) Consideration and determination of projects of network partners 6) Implementing activities towards development and 7) Following up and evaluating results, the government and private sectors organize activities in learning subjects that are appropriate and consistent with the teaching plans, and are measured and evaluated according to educational standards. (2) Guidelines for strengthening network partners for the development of learner quality. All 7 variables must be planned and set operational guidelines taking into account the context and both internal and external factors. There was a meeting to clarify and bring extra-curricular activities to organize parallel education in both general and vocational streams throughout the academic year. Performance was measured and evaluated based on the quality of work and problems were analyzed with emphasis on students. There are learning resources that can be linked to events and environments to be applied in real life. (3) Presentation of guidelines, experts have examined the guidelines for strengthening network partners for developing student quality, which everyone is of the opinion that it is appropriate, possible, and beneficial in strengthening the network partners and the quality of learners in terms of academic achievement and desirable characteristics.
