ECONOMIC FACTORS THAT AFFECT THE STOCK PRICE INDEX TRANSPORT AND LOGISTICS

The objectives of this research article were to study the economic factors affecting the stock price index in the Stock Exchange of Thailand in the category of transportation and logistics. The study period started from January 2009 to December 2019, totaling 132 months, by analyzing the complex regression equations using the Multiple Linear Regression method.
The result of the study found that Factors affecting the transport and logistics stock index at a significant level of 0.05 were the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET), the nationwide retail value index (RE). relationship in the same direction However, crude oil import prices (OIL) and the consumer price index (CPI) in the opposite direction, and the Shipping Cost Index (BDI), Consumer Confidence Index (CCI), Import Value (IMPORT), Export Value (EXPORT), Exchange Rate (EXCHANGE) do not correlate with. Statistically significant indices of transportation and logistics stocks.
