STRATEGIC LEADERSHIP ROLES OF ADMINISTRATORS UNDER THE NONGBUALAMPHU PRIMARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA OFFICE 1

The objective of this research article were to (1) study strategic leadership roles (2) compare opinions about strategic leadership roles classified by gender, age, work experience and school size, and (3) suggest guidelines for developing strategic leadership roles of school administrators, under the Office of Nong Bua Lam Phu Primary Educational Service Area 1. The sample group consisted of 338 administrators and teachers. The research tool was a questionnaire with a reliability of 0.793 for the whole version. Statistics used in data analysis were hundreds. Each mean and standard deviation Statistics used for hypothesis testing were t-test and F-test.
The result of the study found that: Strategic Leadership Roles of School Administrators under the Office of Nong Bua Lam Phu Primary Educational Service Area 1, as a whole was at a high level and when considering each aspect, sorted from the average to the least, namely the setting of creative vision, leadership with a high level of understanding, use of various factors to determine strategy revolutionary way of thinking for change, and expectations and opportunities for the future, respectively.
The results of comparing opinions about strategic leadership roles classified by gender, age, and work experience, and school size The overall and individual aspects, classified by age, were significantly different at the 0.05 level, operational experience and school size no difference.
Guidelines for developing strategic leadership roles of school administrators Under the Nong Bua Laphu Primary Educational Service Area Office, Region 1, namely, administrators should promote and support the formulation of policies, visions, goals, and project plans to bring them into practice.
