The Guideline of Personel Administration by Using School Database in The Digital Age in Suratthani 2 Consortium Under The Secondary Educational Service Area Office Suratthani Chumphon

Abstract

This article aimed to study (1) the condition of the personnel administration of schools in Suratthani 2 consortium under the secondary educational service area office suratthani Chumphon, (2) the approachs and present personnel administration with database in the digital age of schools in Suratthani 2 consortium under secondary educational service area Suratthani Chumphon, This research is a qualitative research. Data were collected by in-depth interviews interviewed 15 key informants, 5 experts interviewed guidelines and 7 experts in focus group discussion. The findings of study were found that: The condition of the personnel administration of schools in Suratthani 2 consortium under the secondary educational service area office suratthani Chumphon and found that has a scope of operation in 5 sections, consisting of 1) the system management and making the service record 2) the performance evaluation 3) processing on the promoted salary 4) all kinds of leaves 5) making the account name list for giving opinion on purposing the royal decoration. The approachs for and present for personnel administration with database in the digital age of schools in Suratthani 2 consortium under secondary educational service area Suratthani Chumphon consist of 5 sections according to the personnel administration which are as follows 1) the system management and making the service record 2) the performance evaluation 3) processing on the promoted salary 4) all kinds of leaves 5) making the account name list for giving opinion on purposing the royal decoration, having 4 types of the system database in the digital age which are 1) Google Site 2) Google Data Studio 3) Google Sheets 4) Google Forms. The experts checked the approachs for personnel administration with database in the digital age of schools in Suratthani 2 consortium under secondary educational service area Suratthani Chumphon and found that regarding the focus group discussion, the guidelines have suitability, possibility and usefulness which can be applicable.
