Relationship between Academic Administration According to Principle The Four Iddhipa̅Da with The Quality of Learners in School under The Office of Krabi Primary Educational Service Area

Abstract

This article aimed to study (1) administration according to the four Iddhipa̅da Principles of Influence and the quality of learners in educational institutions; and (2) the relationship between administration according to the Fourth Principle of Influence and the quality of learners in schools under the Office of Krabi Primary Educational Service Area. This research is a quantitative research, collecting both quantitative data by questionnaires from a sample group are administrators and teachers. The samples were 320 students under the Krabi Primary Educational Service Area Office. Statistics used were frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation, multiple regression analysis using a packaged program. The result of the study found that Management according to the 4^th power of the administrators and the quality of learners in educational institutions under the Krabi Primary Educational Service Area Office It was found that the overall level was at the highest level. When considering each aspect, it was found that the management according to the Chitta principle with the highest average, followed by the administration according to the principle vimangsa Division of management according to the principle of persistence has the lowest average. Quality of learners from administration according to the 4^th power under the Office of Krabi Primary Education Service Area Overall, it's at a high level. When considering each aspect, it found that the desirable characteristics of the learners have the highest mean, followed by and the item with the lowest mean is Academic Achievement of Learners. The relationship between administration according the Principle of Iddhibad 4 and the quality of learners in educational institutions Under the Office of Krabi Primary Educational Service Area Overall there was a positive relationship, moderate It was statistically significant at the 0.1 level.
