Administration Strategy for Dual Vocational Education Step toward Occupation of Bangkaew Industrial and Community Education College

Abstract

This Article aimed (1) to study the environment of Dual Vocational Education Step toward Occupation of Bangkaew Industrial and Community Education College; and (2) to create a strategy for Dual Vocational Education Step toward Occupation of Bangkaew Industrial and Community Education College. This is qualitative research. The data were collected through in-depth interviews with 15 people and 8 key informants. The statistic used content analysis. The result of the study found that the environment of Dual Vocational Education Step toward Occupation of Bangkaew Industrial and Community Education College are study of external environment and internal environment revealed that external environment P-E-S-T Opportunity is social factor, cultural barrier is economic factor. Internal environment According to the 7S McKinsey concept, the strength is the system factor. And the weakest factor is the strategic factor. Create a strategy for Dual Vocational Education Step toward Occupation of Bangkaew Industrial and Community Education College are the data obtained from the study of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and obstacles in various fields were used for SWOT analysis using the BCG MATRIX tool. There is a strong internal management, and has an external environment that is conducive to the implementation of bilateral educational administration strategies for career development with guidelines for solving problems and developing strategies Vision, mission, goals, and strategies.
