Strategic Leadership Roles of Basic Education School Administrators under the Office of Nongbualamphu Primary Educational Service Area 2

Abstract

The objectives of this research article are (1) to study the strategic leadership role of basic educational institution administrators; and (2) to compare the strategic leadership roles of basic educational institution administrators. Under the jurisdiction of the Nong Bua Lamphu Primary Educational Service Area Office, Area 2, classified by gender, work experience and the size of the educational institution the population is the administrator and teachers in educational institutions, totaling 1,217 people, and the sample using the sample comparison tables of Krejci & Morgan, resulting in a sample of 313 people. The tool used to collect data was a questionnaire. Statistics used in the analysis include percentage, mean, and standard deviation and one-way analysis of variance. The results of the study found that the strategic leadership role of basic educational institution administrators under the jurisdiction of the Nong Bua Lamphu Primary Educational Service Area Office, Area 2, the overall level is at a high level. And when considering each aspect, it was found that the aspect with the highest average was Setting a creative vision Next is the leader who has a high level of thinking and understanding. And the aspect with the least average value is expectation and creating opportunities for the future, results of comparative analysis of the strategic leadership roles of basic educational institution administrators, under the jurisdiction of the Nong Bua Lamphu Primary Educational Service Area Office, Area 2, classified by gender, age, and work experience and the size of the educational institution Overall and each aspect Overall, school administrators and teachers of different ages There is a strategic leadership role for administrators of basic education institutions. Under the Nong Bua Lamphu Primary Educational Service Area Office, Area 2, the differences were statistically significant at the 0.05 level.
