The Development of Electronic Teaching Supervision System in Schools under Suratthani Primary Education Service Area Office 3

Abstract

This article aimed (1) to study the teaching supervision in educational institutions; (2) to develop an electronic teaching supervision system in educational institutions under the Office of Educational Service Area; and (3) to evaluate the effectiveness of the electronic teaching supervision system in educational institutions under the Office of Educational Service Area, Surat Thani Primary Educational Service Area, area 3, take a research and development model. The sample group consisted of 310 people, including school administrators. Teachers, academic heads and teachers were obtained by simple random sampling, using a questionnaire to study supervision conditions, the Interview Form, and the Effectiveness Assessment. Statistics used in data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation. The results of the study revealed that the condition of teaching supervision in educational institutions Under the Surat Thani Primary Educational Service Area Office 3, the overall practice was at a high level. The issues that led to the development of the system were the use of technology in conjunction with teaching supervision maintaining teaching supervision standards in the same form and reducing the use of paper including faster and more accurate processing. Electronic teaching supervision system in educational institutions There are components: (1) data import, namely learning management plans and video clips of learning activities. The process is the processing of scores in the system. The results are the reporting of teaching supervision results. Evaluation of the effectiveness of the electronic teaching supervision system in schools under the Surat Thani Primary Educational Service Area Office 3 found that it was effective at the highest level. When classified by side, it was found that usability had the highest level of opinions, followed by content and design and benefits received, respectively.
