Development Model for Excellence Administration of Coding Instruction under Primary Office Commission

Abstract

This research aims to (1) explore the problems of coding teaching management, (2) develop a school management model for excellence in coding teaching management, and (3) assess the appropriateness and feasibility of the school management model for excellence in coding teaching management. The sample consists of 24 school administrators and teachers, selected by purposive sampling. The instruments used for data collection are interview forms with a consistency index between 0.6 and 1.00, and questionnaires with a consistency index between 0.6 and 1.00, with a reliability of .94 for the whole form. The data were analyzed using basic statistics, including means and standard deviations. The results of the study found that coding teaching management has problems related to teachers’ knowledge and skills, learning management processes, participation of those involved in teaching management, curriculum used in teaching management, budget support, buildings used for teaching management, and budgets for competitions at various levels, throughout the academic year. The results of creating a school administration model for excellence in coding were the S'CN4M: AR model. The results of the quality inspection of the model by experts found that it had the highest quality. The results of the evaluation of the appropriateness and feasibility of the school administration model for excellence in coding teaching found that it was appropriate and feasible at the highest level.
