The Role of School Administrator Affecting The Quality of Learners Under Nonthaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 2

Abstract

This research paper aims to study (1) the role of school administrators under the Nonthaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, (2) the quality of students under the Nonthaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, (3) the relationship between management and student quality, and 4) the role of school administrators that affect student quality. Under the Nonthaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, this research is a study. The tools used in the research are questionnaires, the sample group of teachers under the Nonthaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. The tools used to collect information are questionnaires. The sample groups used in this study are: 315 teachers and divided into three sections: Part 1 is a questionnaire on respondents' status. Part 2 is a questionnaire on school administrators' roles. Part 3 is a questionnaire on student quality. Statistics used in data analysis include percentage, average, standard deviation, Pearson's correlation coefficient and stepwise multivariate regression analysis. The study found that the overall role of school administrators is very high, the quality of students under the Nonthaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, the relationship between management and quality of students and the role of school administrators under the Nonthaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. Such as the role of person administrator, motivation role, leadership role, evaluator role, planner role, and communicator role of person administrator jointly predict the variability of student quality operations under the Nonthaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 2.631 statistically significant at the level.01.
