Principles of Good Governance of Personnel Which Affects Public Value in Bangkadi Municipality Pathumthani Province

Abstract

The purposes of this research article are to (1) study principles of good governance of personnel in Bangkadi Municipality Pathumthani Province; (2) study public values of Bangkadi Municipality Pathumthani Province; and (3) study relationship of good governance principles of personnel that affect public value in Bangkadi Municipality Pathumthani Province. This research is survey research, the tools used to collect data include questionnaires, simple random sampling, by drawing lots, there were 106 people, statistics used in data analysis included mean, standard deviation, correlation coefficient analysis Hypothesis testing and multiple regression analysis. The result of the study found that: principles of good governance for personnel in Bangkadi Municipality. Overall and each aspect is high level in every aspect and the aspect with the highest average is the rule of law. Public value in Bangkadi Municipality Overall and each aspect is high level in every aspect and the area with the highest average is public service delivery. Relationship of good governance principles of personnel that affect public value in Bangkadi Municipality Pathum Thani Province, overall, there is high of positive correlation, statistically; variables predicting the principles of good governance of personnel that affect public value in Bangkadi Municipality, the variable tested with the highest predictive power was the participation principle statistically; when searching for variables that predict the principles of good governance of personnel that affect public value in Bangkadi Municipality, it was found that the principles of responsibility Principles of transparency Moral principles of participation, the main aspect of value for money and the rule of law able to jointly predict public value in Bangkadi Municipality Pathumthani Province, (R²) received 74.30% with statistical.
